On 4th March 2009 Kaca receives a delegation of 25 members of Iringa region commitee for controlling the spread of HIV/AIDS in Iringa region.
They were accompanied by the Moshi Municipal HIV/AIDS Coordinator Mrs Sigfrida.
They came to Kaca to learn the technics and methods used by Kaca to combat HIV/AIDS Pandemic.
Since Iringa is one of the leading regions in the rate of HIV/AIDS Infections which is more than 12%comparing with kilimanjaro region which was 7.7 % which drops to 5.7%Respectively
