Kilimajaro Aids Control Association is also networking with Uwezo.
Uwezo is part of a large  independent initiative in East Africa called Twaweza.
Twaweza work to provide practical information to citizens so that they can make CHANGE happen in their communities.
Twaweza is present in each of the three  East African countries.
Uwezo/Twaweza is carring out Assessment to children from the age of 7 -16 who are in primary lever .
Uwezo's long term social change goal is to focus attention to learning outcomes by using actual evidence of children's capabilities in basic literacy and numeracy.
Uwezo assessment and survey is carried out on a national representative, random sample of children aged 7-16.

Kilimanjaro Aids Control Association(KACA )Recently in Conjunction with (CWCD) Center for Women and Children development Conducted a program of PAMOJA TUWALEE in Moshi District for supporting Most Vulnerable Children on regarding to National Costed Plan of Action for most Vulnerable Children.
Some of the Activities carried out during the implementation of the activities were:
1. Strengthening the capacity of house hod  and communities to protect, care, and support MVC
2. Increase access to effective , gender -responsive child protection services within a well resourced child protection services within a well resourced child protection system that has the best interest of the child at its core;
3. Improve access and utilization of health care,education,and early child hood care and develpment (ECD) services; and
 4. Strengthening the coordination and leadership, policy,and service delivery environment .
This was all done under supervision from World Education Inc WEI BANTWANA as  Technical Advisers.
During  the Time of the project  the following activities were done in 32 Moshi District Wards.
1. Identifying the MVCs in all villages along side the Wards in the meetings which were conducted in all 32 Wards and 162 Villages in Moshi District.
2. The Selection of village committees for supporting MVC were done in all 32 wards and 162 villages.
3.Training of all committees for supporting Most Vulnerable children was carried out
4. Register  were introduced in all village and wards to register MVCs and it was done in the whole district.
5. The formation of Economic Groups in all Wards and villages in Moshi District LIMCA groups which at the end they will support the MVCs
6. Improvind Access to Quality family based Care and Support, Food and Ntrition.
Nutrition Assessment was conducted in 24 Wards and villages and referrals were done to all undernourished.
7. Regional and District level Nutrition committees were inaugurated.
8. All committees were trained.

Recently Delfinus from Tacaids HQ paid a visit to Kaca offices for follow up and tracking TOMSHA reports from CSOs and NGOs which submit their report their reports using Tomsha forms,with him were tacaisds representative for kilimanjaro region nd Razia Ngaina, and M/s Anna Issangya Moshi Municipal CHACC
